Requirements: Two to three years of experience supervising kitchen, food service, and dining room operations in a full-service restaurant; minimum two to three years of volume cooking experience; current ServSafe certification; proven ability in food and labor budget management; proficiency in organizational and time management skills; flexibility to work weekends and evenings
