Position: Executive Chef job
About: Sage Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at The Elizabeth Hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Elizabeth Hotel features a fine collection of curated art from local students and professors, offering a unique experience blending art and music in a vibrant setting.
Requirements: More than two years of post-high school education but less than a degree from a four-year college; five to ten years of employment in a related position; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong oral and written communication skills; physical ability to lift objects up to 35 pounds, carry various items, and stand for extended periods; comfortable working in varying temperatures from -10 to over 100 degrees
