Position: Executive Chef job
About: Louisville Bats (Louisville Slugger Field) is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the kitchen’s daily activities in accordance with Oak View Group’s policies and objectives, ensuring guest satisfaction, profitability, and a positive work environment. The role involves effective management of the culinary team, event planning support, food preparation, compliance with food safety policies, and more.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2-3 years kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant or events venue; demonstrated track record of meeting projected costs; professional appearance and presentation required; knowledge of computer software including MS Word/Excel/Outlook; current Food Handler’s card and alcohol service permit if required; ability to positively interact with diverse personalities and handle diverse work situations; ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
