Position: Executive Chef job
About: ISS Guckenheimer is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all back of the house elements and support the cafes on campus at their operated facility in ensuring client and guest satisfaction by upholding high-quality standards and best practices. The position involves implementing culinary guidelines, policies, and SOPs while working closely with the General Manager to achieve financial success through efficient operations and adherence to standards set by ISS Guckenheimer.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in operating a successful restaurant or corporate dining facility; ServSafe certified or ability to become certified; strong passion for customer service and positive attitude; effective communication skills; dependable and able to work under pressure
