Position: Executive Chef job

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our pastry offerings as well as coordinate and elevate our kitchen operations. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in culinary operations, with a strong emphasis on pastries; Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; Proven experience in menu development, food costing, and managing kitchen operations; Expertise in pastry arts, including baking techniques, ingredient knowledge, and flavor pairings. Mastery of Viennoiserie is mandatory; Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team; Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance; Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, inventory, and food costs; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
