Position: Executive Chef job
About: Cantigny Golf, situated in Cantigny Park in Wheaton, Illinois, renowned for its 27-hole golf course and various amenities including a golf course restaurant, caf�, beer garden, and on-course food and beverage services. The facility hosts numerous public events annually, attracting a large number of guests seeking a premium golfing experience and peaceful retreat in a picturesque natural setting.
Requirements: College degree preferred; five years culinary leadership experience at an Executive Chef level in a facility with multiple outlets and high-volume events, state certified and/or Serve Safe certified, demonstrated experience in staff management and food control, quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to analyze and solve problems, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor
