Position: Executive Chef job
About: Ramsay’s Kitchen – Oklahoma City is a casually refined restaurant inspired by the Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. Situated in Oklahoma City’s premier entertainment district at Chisholm Creek, guests can savor a fresh seasonal menu ranging from iconic dishes like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding to unique local cuisine twists.
Requirements: The Executive Chef must have: The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world-class hospitality standards; Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef within a premium high-volume quality restaurant; A solid understanding of classic cooking methods and seasonality, as well as an ability to innovate and create; A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of food quality at all times; A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining a high-performing kitchen team; A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen; Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders; Ability to multitask and effectively manage relationships at all levels.
