Position: Executive Chef job
About: Sage Hospitality Group, located in Fort Collins, Colorado, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at The Elizabeth Hotel. The Elizabeth Hotel features curated art, live music at the Magic Rat, Sunset Lounge for scenic views, Emporium: An American Brasserie, and Bowerbird for crafted coffee.
Requirements: More than two years of post high school education, but less than a degree from a four-year college; five to ten years of employment in a related position; advanced knowledge of food profession principles, people management, and food and beverage management; oral and written communication skills; moderate hearing, excellent vision, moderate speech communication skills, excellent comprehension and literacy
