Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef position at G&D Restaurant Associates Company is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the kitchen, including menu development, inventory, purchasing of supplies, and cost control. This specific position is for the new Felice Port Chester restaurant opening in February 2025, located at 55 Abendroth Ave, Port Chester, NY 10573.
Requirements: The ability to work as part of a team, and personal cleanliness; Time management and ability to work under pressure to manage high volume of production; Ability to communicate and understand direction in English to ensure safety in the workplace. Ability to understand, respond, and engage with co-workers, managers, and guests in English; Active listening, learning skills, reading, and speaking comprehension skills; Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
