About: The Farnam Autograph Collection in Omaha, NE is seeking a talented Executive Chef to join their team. The hotel is part of a growing collection of four and five-star independent hotels, each offering unique and memorable experiences tailored to the individual sense of style and adventure.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards; ability to plan and manage kitchen staff and operations effectively; knowledge of food and labor cost management; familiarity with menu planning and budgeting; strong leadership and communication skills; adherence to sanitation standards and safety regulations
