Requirements: Culinary Arts degree from a recognized school; 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Assistant Executive Chef; 5 years of kitchen work experience in medium to large organizations; 2+ years of experience in hiring, training, and managing food service personnel; knowledge of special diets and meal preparation for large groups; ability to operate computer equipment for data entry and retrieval; ServSafe certificate required
