Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Vanguard Ann Arbor Autograph Collection is seeking an Executive Chef to lead and manage the kitchen operations at the hotel. This position is with Hotel Equities, a reputable hotel development and hospitality management company known for its commitment to excellence and creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred; experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards is highly desirable; proven leadership in kitchen operations, including hiring, training, and managing staff; strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques
