About: Red Fish Grill is a vibrant and high-energy restaurant located on Bourbon Street, serving fresh Gulf seafood with bold, smoky flavors. The restaurant works closely with local fishers and farmers to bring the best seasonal ingredients to guests. With a hickory wood-burning grill at the heart of the kitchen, Red Fish Grill specializes in innovative twists on classic seafood dishes. The restaurant is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and maintain a tradition of excellence.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen (no exceptions); deep love for cooking with fresh, local ingredients and creating innovative, seasonal dishes; strong communicator with leadership skills, ability to lead by example, inspire the team, and provide mentorship and development; proficiency in recipe development, food cost management, and basic math. Bonus if you have seafood or catering experience.
