Requirements: More than two years of post-high school education, but less than a degree from a four-year college; Five to ten years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization; Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices, including management skills and food and beverage management; Strong oral and written communication skills in English, bilingual in Spanish is preferred; Moderate hearing, vision, speech communication, and computer skills; Ability to manage budget, analyze costs, and develop menus within corporate guidelines; Collaboration with other hotel departments and completion of administrative duties.
