Position: Executive Chef job
About: ASM Global, a leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join the Savor F&B team at Broward County Convention Center. This role involves overseeing menu creation, staff management, food purchasing, and ensuring top-quality food production and presentation in a dynamic and growing environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate from accredited culinary school, college, or technical school; Ten or more years of hands-on culinary supervisory experience; Five plus years in a high-volume operation; Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a multi-functional kitchen; Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen; Knowledge of food trends, international cuisines, and dietary needs; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Proficiency in kitchen equipment and technology; Strong customer service orientation; Bilingual in English/Spanish is desirable
