Position: Executive Chef job

About: Peachtree Hospitality Management is seeking an Executive Chef to create and maintain the menu and identity of their restaurant. The Executive Chef will lead recipe development and execution, ensuring that food is prepared safely and deliciously. They will also manage kitchen operations, supervise direct reports like sous chefs and line cooks, and oversee food and supplies procurement from approved vendors while monitoring inventory. Additionally, the Executive Chef will maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and surrounding areas according to company standards and health regulations, stay updated on industry trends, introduce new culinary techniques, and assist in food prep and recipe creation.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role; in-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and kitchen management; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; familiarity with health and safety regulations; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; creative and detail-oriented
