About: Kincaid’s is seeking a Culinary Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Culinary Management, including 2 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale/fine dining establishment. The role involves overseeing back-of-house operations, staff supervision, inventory controls, and maintaining high product quality standards in a dynamic kitchen environment. Effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills are crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate should have a stable work history, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to excellence in culinary management practices.
Requirements: At least 5 years of Culinary Management experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Executive Chef; Strong knowledge and attention to detail in back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, food/labor cost management, and product quality; Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic
