About: Heritage Hotel Golf Spa and Conference Center is seeking a culinary leader to provide guests with exceptional dining experiences. The ideal supervisor will oversee the kitchen operations, enforce food safety protocols, introduce new menu items, and inspire a team of kitchen professionals to showcase innovation and enthusiasm.
Requirements: Executive chef experience or sous chef experience at a top-notch restaurant; strong understanding of compliance with kitchen safety and food storage requirements; experience in team building, motivation, and leadership; 7-8 years of culinary experience; high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
