Position: Executive Chef job
About: American Cruise Lines is the largest cruise line in the United States, offering river cruises on America’s rivers. They are currently seeking Executive Chefs to join their shipboard team for the 2025 season, providing exceptional cuisine prepared by chefs with extensive culinary credentials and training from prestigious institutes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 6-8 years’ experience in full-service resort, hotel, country club & banquets; ServSafe Manager Certification strongly preferred; familiar with food safety standards; ability to work around 14 hours per day; ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a team player; excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test; complete criminal background check; training and teaching experience; possess problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and organization; transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required
