Position: Executive Chef job
About: American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is seeking Executive Chefs to join their shipboard team for the 2025 season on America’s rivers. The company offers first-class dining experiences on board a fleet of ships with diverse itineraries, ranging from contemporary riverboats to paddlewheel queens for a unique steamboat experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 6-8 years’ experience in full-service resort, hotel, country club & banquets; ServSafe Manager Certification strongly preferred; familiarity with food safety standards; ability to work around 14 hours per day; strong multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; effective time management and leadership abilities; excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes; must pass a pre-employment drug test and complete a criminal background check; training and teaching experience; Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
