Position: Executive Chef job
About: Pumphouse Brewery is one of the largest single location independent restaurants in the country, known for serving quality pub food in a casual environment. They are seeking a hard-working, hands-on Executive Chef with outstanding culinary, leadership, and management skills to join their team. The Executive Chef will play a key role in the senior leadership team, contributing to the continued success and growth of the establishment.
Requirements: Restaurant veteran with 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef (or comparable title) in a high-volume kitchen, with a track record of longevity in their most recent role. Menu experience in updating offerings several times per year and managing a large and diverse menu. Must have a drive and passion for the business, mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot kitchen equipment, strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, financial acumen, and attention to detail. Formal culinary training or extensive informal training, along with Spanish language proficiency, is preferred.
