Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of supervisory experience in kitchen, food service, and dining operations in a full-service restaurant; current ServSafe certification; ability to manage food and labor budgets effectively; proficient in basic computer skills and programs; willingness to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
