About: Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic and ‘Foodie’ individual for the key position of Executive Chef. The resort is set on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, offering an intimate and romantic experience for guests. The team at Four Seasons believes in creating lasting impressions through genuine connections with people and the world around them.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of Culinary Management experience at a Senior Level of Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a luxury hospitality environment; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong communication skills in English and Spanish; experience in overseeing culinary operations and kitchen staff
