Position: Executive Chef job
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is currently seeking an Executive Chef for the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Executive Chef will be responsible for designing menus, supervising kitchen staff, estimating food consumption, and enforcing standards to ensure high-quality food service in accordance with ASM policies.
Requirements: Certificate from accredited culinary school, college, or technical school; 3 or more years of hands-on experience in a kitchen/culinary supervisory role; ability to use and maintain basic food service and kitchen equipment; strong communication skills; knowledge of food handling and safety sanitation certification; flexibility to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
