Requirements: + A.S. or equivalent experience; 5+ years of dynamic culinary/kitchen management experience, depending on formal degree or training; Experience with smokers preferred, working with a small crew, and driving innovation on menu and variety; Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice operations experience highly desirable; Hands-on chef experience a must; Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Must be experienced with computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet; ServSafe certified highly desirable
