About: Ema, a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant located in Glenview, on Patriot Blvd and East Lake Ave., is hiring an Executive Chef to join their team. Ema is part of Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, with the first location in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
Requirements: 2 years of Executive Chef experience; ability to lead and develop teams; skilled in managing BOH systems
