Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Biltmore Hotel, a prestigious hotel located in an iconic setting, is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Executive Chef to oversee its culinary operations. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing various restaurants and outlets within the hotel, ensuring top-notch service, quality, and cleanliness.
Requirements: Education: A High School Diploma is required; Experience: Minimum six years as an Executive Chef in a multi-functional hotel operation, with a minimum of six years in a management role demonstrating working knowledge of various cuisines and a track record of growth and profitability; Skills: Must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess strong leadership abilities; Licenses or Certifications: Must have a Serve Safe or equivalent food license and be knowledgeable of HACCP standards; Must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing as per the Biltmore Hotel insurance guidelines.
