Requirements: More than two years of post high school education, but less than a degree from a four-year college required; five to ten years of employment in a related position required; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong oral and written communication skills; moderate hearing, excellent vision, moderate speech communication skills, excellent comprehension and literacy; physical ability to lift objects up to 35 pounds, carry various items, kneel, stand continuously, and have full mobility; work environment includes inside conditions and exposure to varying temperatures.
