Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Exchange Pub & Kitchen is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to oversee and coordinate kitchen operations to maintain high-quality food service. This role involves leading the Kitchen Crew to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and service at The Exchange Pub & Kitchen.
Requirements: Four to six years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant; Culinary degree preferred or equivalent work experience; ServSafe certified or ability to become certified; Knowledge of service, food, and beverage with at least three years of back-of-house operations; Proficiency in restaurant technology, including computers and programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), POS terminals, and various restaurant functions; Basic computer skills, ability to calculate figures, interpret documents, and work in a standing position for extended periods; Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
