Position: Executive Chef job
About: Trilogy Valor, the newest anticipated Trilogy resort community located southwest of downtown Boise, Idaho, in the Treasure Valley area, offers an active adult lifestyle with a Resort Club featuring a fitness center, culinary studio, coffeehouse, pickleball and bocce courts, and outdoor event space.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum of two years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager, or completion of nationally ranked culinary or vocational school; one to three years’ experience supervising a team of managers; American Culinary Federation certification of Certified Chef de Cuisine or higher preferred; current Food Handlers card; computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to read, analyze, and interpret periodicals specific to the food service industry; ability to understand standardized recipe format; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
