Position: Executive Chef job
About: Quarry Oaks Golf Club, a NEBCO Company, is an 18-hole championship golf course located between Lincoln and Omaha, near South Bend and Ashland, Nebraska. Requirements: Associates Degree in culinary or related program; 2 years experience in executive chef or similar role; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record. Able to work flexible hours, all shifts, weekends and holidays. Must have general knowledge of quantity food preparation and portioned serving, basic understanding of professional cooking, safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Good problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, organized. Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate and interact with others, accept work direction, maintain quality standards, work in a team environment, and work calmly under pressure.
