Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in culinary-driven restaurants; true appreciation for French cuisine and cooking techniques; energetic, enthusiastic with strong communication and organizational skills; humble, team-first mentality, and collaborative nature; proven ability to monitor costs and meet food & labor budgets
