About: At Craig Hospital, located at Food Services, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team. The Kitchen Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing food production, ensuring quality and safety standards are met across patient food service, retail food service, and catering operations.
Requirements: Licensure/Certification/Registrations: ServSafe Food Production Manager Certification; Certified by the American Culinary Association preferred. Education: An Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of progressive food service experience required; A minimum of 2 years of leadership and management experience in food service is required. Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of infection control and nutrition, food service management, organization, customer service, communication, supervisory, team-building, conflict resolution, and computer skills.
