Requirements: Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager; Experience leading teams; Knowledge of cost and labor systems; Passion for food and cooking techniques; Strong leadership qualities; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Food Manager Safety Certification
