Position: Executive Chef job
About: The CCRH, located in an undisclosed location, is seeking an Executive Chef to coordinate the instruction, training, and activities of the kitchen workers to ensure efficient and profitable food service in multiple restaurants, banquet, and catering operations.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; 19 years of age or older; Five or more years of previous multi-restaurant/kitchen management experience required; American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chefs (CECs) are preferred; Current Serve Safe certified or ability to pass certification requirements; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; Strong business acumen; Strong organizational skills required; Knowledge of complete kitchen sanitation, heating, reheating, and cooling procedures; Ability to work well in a team environment
