Position: Executive Chef job
About: Trinity Hospitality Services is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of the Regional Health Ministry’s Food & Nutrition Services Department. The Executive Chef will be responsible for coordinating and directing all culinary functions, ensuring quality control, and maintaining high standards of food quality in alignment with THS standards and systems.
Requirements: Completion of an accredited culinary institution program or equivalent degree; minimum of three to five years progressive experience in culinary or healthcare foodservice management; ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative, and team-oriented culture; excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; familiarity with regulatory and food safety practices; strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
