Position: Executive Chef job
About: Thanksgiving Point is seeking an Executive Chef to join their Food Services Kitchen management team. This role will oversee all activities in the back of the house, menu development, and marketing efforts for various outlets including Catering, Harvest Restaurant, Deli, Trellis Café, Curiosity Café, Ice Cream Creamery, and Concessions.
Requirements: Culinary Arts degree and/or bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Chef or Executive Chef in high volume multi-unit hotel, resort, or similar properties; strong purchasing and cost control skills; knowledge of culinary contracts, formal culinary education and/or credentials preferred; excellent interpersonal, customer service, financial analysis, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, walking and standing without rest for long periods of time, ability to manipulate small objects, climb stairs, and bend; must pass a background check and have a clean driving record
