Position: Executive Chef job
About: The hotel is seeking a Chef to oversee all culinary functions and create exceptional dining experiences for guests. The Chef will be responsible for food preparation, menu development, kitchen staff management, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and profitability targets. Additionally, the Chef will play a key role in food and beverage marketing and sales programs, as well as mentor culinary staff for career development.
Requirements: Associates of Culinary Arts or Business Administrative degree; knowledge of local health department regulations and food safety standards; experience in kitchen management and menu development; familiarity with accounting procedures in F&B; strong leadership and mentoring skills
