Position: Executive Chef job
About: Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Executive Chef to oversee multiple venues and the food production staff. The company is one of the largest not-for-profit owners, operators, and developers of resort-style continuing care senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing, with a presence in 9 states and over 8,500 team members. Acts provides residents with a variety of on-campus conveniences, services, and amenities.
Requirements: Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred); Minimum of ten years’ experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment; Knowledge of the food industry and trends; In-depth knowledge of Federal, State, and local food safety regulations
