Position: Executive Chef job
About: SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is partnering with a prestigious luxury hotel in Seattle to find an exceptional Executive Chef. This role involves leading the culinary team at one of Seattle’s distinguished properties, creating innovative menus, and delivering world-class dining experiences reflecting the city’s vibrant culture and culinary scene.
Requirements: Education: Culinary degree or equivalent training in a professional kitchen; Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in progressive culinary leadership roles, with at least 3 years as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment; Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Expertise in menu development, food costing, and inventory management; Knowledge of culinary trends, sustainability practices, and local sourcing; Certifications: Food safety and sanitation certifications are required, additional culinary certifications are preferred.
