Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a private club, resort, or upscale dining environment; strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor staff; expertise in menu development, culinary trends, and diverse cuisines; excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to manage business metrics, financial performance, and operational efficiency; passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and creating memorable moments for members
