Position: Executive Chef job
About: This position is for a high-profile role in a full-service hotel restaurant, specifically at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The role requires enthusiasm, a professional image, and flexibility, with prior sous chef experience as a requirement and full-service hotel restaurant experience preferred. Job responsibilities include managing, supervising, and coordinating all kitchen-related activities, ensuring quality preparation and presentation of menu items, and maintaining general sanitation in line with Ruth’s Chris Steak House standards, recipes, and procedures. The candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and productive work environment, working a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, and exhibiting maturity and social skills befitting a hospitality professional in the fine dining sector.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior sous chef experience required; full-service hotel restaurant experience preferred; good organization and time management skills; ability to adhere to professional chef standards and restaurant specifications
