Position: Executive Chef job
About: Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently seeking a remarkable Executive Chef for The Farnam in Omaha, NE.
Requirements: High school diploma/Secondary qualification or equivalent; experience with Marriott processes and standards is preferred; good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation; knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment; knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service; ability to handle keys and account for them; knowledge of emergency procedures, lost and found items, and security concerns; ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; good communication skills, both verbal and written; basic computational ability; ability to read recipes and follow instructions; physical ability to demonstrate culinary techniques, handle kitchen tools, and work in extreme temperatures; willingness to engage with guests and resolve concerns effectively; passion for people and service; strong communication, reading, writing, and basic math skills; problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and training abilities
