About: Sava’s is currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead and oversee kitchen operations at our establishment. The Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of professionalism and excellence in food preparation and service, while fostering a culture of leadership, respect, and teamwork among the staff. This position is integral to the continuous growth and success of our business.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in a culinary leadership role; strong knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, and cost management; excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively and proactively with stakeholders; commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards
