Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Cincinnati Reds Major League baseball team is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to provide culinary leadership and manage food preparation for REDS home games. This role will collaborate with KitchFix leadership and Cincinnati Reds’ dietitians to deliver exceptional food and service, emphasizing performance nutrition expectations.
Requirements: 5+ years executive chef experience with demonstrated success in food preparation, safety, and customer service; Degree in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field preferred; Strong leadership and team management skills; ServSafe food manager certification and allergen certification; Sports-based culinary nutrition experience preferred; Knowledge of baseball and proficiency in kitchen equipment and knife skills; Client-specific menu writing experience; Ability to develop and adjust recipes to fit nutritional needs; Proficiency in Google Workspace; Background check required; Spanish proficiency a plus
