Position: Executive Chef job
About: Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is looking for an Executive Chef to provide leadership and management for the hotel’s culinary department, supporting the goals of the Director of F&B and ensuring guest satisfaction and lasting dining impressions in the vibrant SoBro neighborhood of Nashville. The property features luxury accommodations, meeting spaces, a restaurant and bar, a spa, and an outdoor pool deck, all designed to provide an authentic experience of Music City.
Requirements: College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts required; Five to seven years of experience in culinary/food & beverage department head positions; Working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons standards, and computer systems; Proficiency in English language; Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills
