About: HHM Hotels is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Chef to manage the kitchen operations in alignment with guest service, food quality, and sustainability standards. The position offers growth opportunities within the food and beverage department, leading to roles like Director of Food & Beverage and Regional Director of Food & Beverage. The focus of the role includes interviewing, training, and coaching associates, assigning tasks, reviewing menu specials, managing supplies and equipment, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, developing new menu items, overseeing kitchen areas, and adhering to sustainability practices. The ideal candidate should have a degree or certificate in Culinary Arts, along with one to two years of experience as an Executive Chef, expertise in food product and menu design, and proficiency in kitchen management practices.
