Requirements: A 2-year, 3-year or 4-year culinary degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; previous supervisor responsibility required; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times; effective communication skills verbally and in writing, multitasking abilities, attendance at required meetings and trainings
