Requirements: 4 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel operation, including at least one sous chef position; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to think creatively and collaborate with others; high energy, positive demeanor, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel; strong interpersonal and customer service focus; valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
