Position: Executive Chef job

Requirements: A minimum of ten years’ experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a hotel, private club, fine dining restaurant or similar operation preferred; excellent management, interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills; post-secondary courses in restaurant management, nutrition, or related field preferred; degree or certificate from a culinary institute preferred; must be ServeSafe Certified; must have or be willing to obtain (within 12 months of hire) a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification; must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
